SERVICES

The full process of OS&E procurement generally involves the following stages, which are clearly explained during our kick off meeting.

OS&E Consultancy

Introductory meetings with owning company, operator and other third parties to understand the project, gather information, provide a detailed fact sheet, and define a proposal including scope of work and process.

Budget Management

Define with the operator, and based on past projects, a full detailed OS&E budget which serves as a guideline to owning company and operator. Submit for approval to confirm total OS&E budget.

Sourcing & Table Top presentations

Define a sourcing strategy by shortlisting vendors depending on the project requirements, location, importation, quality and budget. Provide shortlisted vendors full details of the project in order to establish product selection for the table top presentation.

Tendering & Purchase Order process

Tender to shortlisted suppliers and formulate the Bill of Quantities. Once final selection is made, raise purchase orders for the approval of owning company.

Logistic Planning and Project Reporting

Plan all logistics for delivery to site. Send regular updates on procurement status and comparisons between actual versus budget per category to owning company.

Inventory Creation & Follow Up

Categorize all purchase orders to create an inventory for hand over. Conclude the procurement process only once all follow up on delivery or any pending matters has been made.
